My Go-To All-Levels Yoga Session

One of the top goals right now is to reconnect with my yoga practice. At one point yoga was a key part of my life. I made it a priority: I enrolled in a 200-hour yoga-teacher training in 2013 and I taught for the following year. But once we once to Chicago in 2015, my practice became inconsistent. It was partly because I didn't connect with my local studios as much as I did with the one I went to in Phoenix, and it was partly because my life changed immensely with the move. Right now I need yoga more than ever, though, so my priority is to practice as much as I can. I began bullet journaling in September to track such habits as practicing yoga and meditating, and I hope this will continue to hold me accountable. So far I've been successful at squeezing in my practice, though it's only been a few weeks.

Note: Yoga Journal and Yoga International are great resources for learning to do the poses.
